
Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and serves as the primary contact point of agency contact for those clients, including the strategy, planning and execution of all marketing campaigns: market research, marketing plan, implement and review all campaigns in order to develop a strong brand image and support sales for the clients, as well as bringing in new businesses and clients to increase the overall agency’s profits.
Responsibilities
1. Existing Accounts
- Work with the client to establish their aims and objectives for IMC activities, which includes services in marketing, video production and branding.
- Develop, manage and analyze research projects to build execution plan
- Collaborate with Creative team and other partners (both internally and externally) to generate ideas for marketing campaigns, as well as implement an effective plan for the client
- Present ideas and connecting with clients
- Analyze the results and monitoring the success of all campaigns
2. Generating new clients
- Actively seek for new business opportunities
- Arrange meetings with new clients and collect briefs about expectations in marketing campaigns
- Deliver proposals and pitching presentations, as well as quotations in order to meet client’s queries while maximizing Opal’s revenues and profits
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Communication or related fields
At least 1 year experience as Account Manager/Executive
Strong organization and time management skills
Excellent listening, presentation and negotiation skill
Strong business sense and ability to work to budgets
English skills: At least intermediate and above, another language is a plus
